“Winning a Big Ten Team Title in Men's Cross-Country 2015.”

“Pursuing excellence in sport has helped me gain a better understanding of the value of teamwork, discipline and adversity when striving for a common goal.”

“Trust yourself. Being a student-athlete at the University of Michigan has prepared you for excellence in ways you may not even understand yet. Approach the next chapter with confidence and never stop learning.”
